The reputation of manufacturers or brands can be made or broken on their customer services. Sometimes a company will go the extra mile for their customers, or they might keep you held in a phone queue for an hour. If you have had a good experience with a brand, or after 3 months you are still waiting for that replacement lead from a manufacturer, let us know.
